SAN JOSE, Calif. – Former Oregon City High School basketball star Brad Tinsley will be in action for Vanderbilt University at 11:30 a.m. (PST) Thursday, when the Commodores meet Murray State of Kentucky in a first-round game of the NCAA Championship Western Regional Tournament.
A 6-3 sophomore guard, Tinsley is the fourth leading scorer for the Commodores this season, averaging 11 points and three assists.
Vanderbilt (24-8) enters the tournament as the No. 4 seed; Murray State is the No. 13 seed.
