Friday, June 12
12:37 a.m. – A caller reported that the railroad arms near the intersection of SE Linwood and SE Railroad avenues had been down for 20 minutes. An officer checked and advised the railroad.
10:24 a.m. – A caller reported that railroad arms were down for 20 minutes and are now malfunctioning at the crossing at SE Harmony Road and SE Railroad Avenue. An officer contacted the railroad company.
2:23 p.m. – Jennifer Lyn Arthur, 27, was registered as a sex offender.
3:32 p.m. – David Martin Thierl, 61, was registered as a sex offender.
10:13 p.m. – An officer advised people to keep it down at a loud party along the 9700 block of SE 38th Avenue.
Saturday, June 13
1:18 a.m. – Officers responded to a report of two men fighting outside the Meadows Tavern at 5823 SE Johnson Creek Blvd. Officers responded and restored the peace.
1:50 a.m. – A bartender at the River Road House at 11921 SE 22nd Ave. reported that a man gave him two bad credit cards and left without paying a $140 tab. The suspect is described as 35 to 45, with bulging eyes, grey and balding hair, and with a soul patch. He left in a white Jeep Grand Cherokee.
11:27 a.m. – A caller said the back window of her black Honda Accord was broken out overnight while parked along the 3100 block of SE Malcolm Street.
9:35 p.m. – A caller reported that eight kids were climbing around on the roof of the Waldorf School and flipping over playground equipment. They were gone when officers arrived.
Sunday, June 14
2:11 a.m. – A caller reported that 12 people were fighting in the Wichita Pub at 6106 SE King Road. A victim was taken to Milwaukie-Providence Hospital with a swollen eye.
11:26 a.m. – Three callers over the course of the morning reported three large Rottweilers running at large in the area. Police were unable to locate the dogs.
Monday, June 15
10:46 a.m. – A caller reported that two transients were living at a picnic table near Kellogg Sewage Treatment Plant on the Milwaukie waterfront. An officer checked and found one man, but no camp set up. He said he was just enjoying the view.
5:26 p.m. – Police contacted Milwaukie Public Works after a caller notified police of a possible swarm of bees on city property near the 10500 block of SE 42nd Avenue.
7:32 p.m. – A caller reported that a peacock was standing in the middle of the road near the intersection of SE Lake and SE Oatfield roads. The peacock was gone upon arrival.
10:41 p.m. – Police checked on a woman who a caller said was dumpster diving near the Salvation Army along the 10800 block of SE Oak Street. She told police she was looking for items to use for “recycling art.”
Tuesday, June 16
6:28 a.m. – A caller reported that trash cans on SE 34th and SE 35th near Oatfield Road were overturned. The caller suspects a group of kids who attend Rowe Junior High, who he says have been a problem for about a year.
3:22 p.m. – A man was attacked by a pit bull along the 4500 block of SE Monroe Street. Animal Control took the suspect dog into custody and medics responded to help the man who was attacked.
Wednesday, June 17
6:59 a.m. – A caller reported three adult Rottweilers running at large in traffic near the intersection of SE Harmony Road and SE Railroad Avenue.
2:28 p.m. – A 70-year-old man was assaulted and his wallet was taken near the intersection of SE 32nd Avenue and SE Rockwood Street. An officer located the wallet and the assault is under investigation.
8:23 p.m. – A caller reported that six juveniles were in the parking lot of McDonalds along the 10900 block of SE Oak Street yelling racial statements at passing cars. The subjects were gone when police arrived.
9:26 p.m. – A caller reported that her fiance’s ex-wife just arrived and spit in her face, then left in a black Honda Accord. The incident occurred along the 9200 block of SE Regents Drive and is under investigation.
11:59 p.m. – A caller reported that a possible prowler rung the home’s bell and was walking around the house. Officers checked the home and found nothing.

Friday, June 12
6:03 a.m. – Police responded to a theft along the 1000 block of Hazelwood Drive.
9:34 a.m. – Police responded to a criminal mischief complaint along the 19200 block of Windmill Drive.
9:37 a.m. – Police responded to a theft along the 19100 block of Driftwood Drive.
11:07 a.m. – Police responded to a criminal mischief call along the 19100 block of Sunrise Way.
12:05 p.m. – Police responded to a theft near the intersection of Highway 213 Southbound and Redland Road.
